USING THE SPORTS PREMIUM AT BEIT SHVIDLER PRIMARY SCHOOL

In April 2013, the Department for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport announced new funding of £150 million to support the delivery of PE and school sport as part of the post-Olympic legacy.  Funding is allocated to all state-maintained secondary, primary, middle and special schools (including non-maintained special schools), academies and pupil referral units with primary aged pupils annually. Based on the size of our school, Beit Shvidler received £8,450.00 for 2016/17 but a government change has resulted in additional funding to the value of £17,730 for 2017/18.  We use our Sports Premium to improve the quality of PE and sport provision in the following ways:
